Your Privacy,
Our Responsibility
We built MyToolMaster to be a tool you can trust. This page explains clearly and honestly how we handle your information — with nothing hidden.
Last updated: January 11, 2026We're Transparent About How Tools Work
Some tools on MyToolMaster run entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your device. Others require a server request to function (such as site speed checks). This policy clearly explains which is which, and how each type handles your data.
This Privacy Policy explains how MyToolMaster ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and its tools (the "Service"). We've written this in plain language — no legal jargon designed to confuse you.
By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you have questions at any point, please contact us.
How Our Tools Handle Your Input
MyToolMaster tools fall into two categories depending on how they process your data:
Browser-side tools (most tools): Text utilities, case converters, Base64 encoder/decoder, color tools, CSS generators, QR code generator, password checker, word counter, delimiter tool, URL slug generator, text-to-image converter, and similar tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your input is never sent to our servers, never stored, and disappears when you close or refresh the page.
Server-side tools (a small number): Some tools — such as the Site Speed Checker — require sending a URL or request to our server (or a third-party API) to function. In these cases, only the input needed to perform the task (e.g. a website URL) is transmitted. No personal data is collected, and results are not stored beyond the time needed to return them to you. Each such tool clearly states this within its interface.
-
No tool input is stored long-term Whether browser-side or server-side, we do not retain, log, or archive what you enter into any tool.
-
No tool data is sold or shared Tool input is never passed to advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party for any purpose.
-
Future changes disclosed If we ever add features that change how tool data is handled — such as a save-history option — we will update this policy before launching and provide clear opt-in controls.
Information We Do Collect
Outside of tool usage, there are limited situations where we handle personal or usage information:
-
Contact form submissions If you reach out via our contact page, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. This information is stored only as long as necessary to manage the communication and is never sold or shared with third parties.
-
Anonymous usage data We may collect non-personal, aggregated data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. This data cannot identify you and is used only to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
-
Cookies We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies or behavioural advertising cookies of our own. Third-party services (see Section 3) may set their own cookies.
Advertising — Google AdSense
MyToolMaster is currently not displaying any advertisements. All tools are free to use and no ads are shown at this time.
We intend to apply for Google AdSense in the future to help support the ongoing development and maintenance of this website. If approved, Google AdSense advertisements may be displayed on this site. Advertising revenue would allow us to continue offering all tools completely free of charge.
When ads are introduced, we will update this section to fully disclose how Google AdSense works, what data Google may collect, and how you can control personalised advertising preferences. We will never enable ads silently — this policy will be updated before any ads go live.
Once Google AdSense is active on this site, Google may use cookies to serve personalised ads. You will be able to manage your ad preferences via Google Ad Settings. Full disclosure will be added to this policy at that time.
How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the limited data we do handle:
HTTPS Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
Local Processing
Most tools run entirely on your device — zero server exposure.
Minimal Retention
Contact data kept only as long as needed to respond.
Abuse Protection
Rate limiting and honeypot fields prevent automated abuse.
Children's Privacy
MyToolMaster is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, when we introduce new features that affect data handling. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We will never silently weaken your privacy protections. Any change that involves collecting or processing more data than described here will be communicated clearly before it takes effect.
Contact Us
